Mr Jansen,

Please accept my application for a variance to the front setback requirement of 75 feet, as delineated in the current zoning Bulk Table. I am seeking a variance to have the requirement changed to 50 feet to facilitate construction of a building on a site that was prepared years prior to the current setback requirement.

Enclosed are the following:

  1. Fee in the form of check #5327 for $150, payable  to the Z.B.A., Town of Warwick

  2. Application to the Zoning Board of Appeals

  3. Short Environmental Assessment Form

  4. Plot Plan (10 copies).

  5. Recent photographs of the site showing the location of the proposed building and the 50 foot setback (10 sets).

  6. Bulk table showing current setback requirement provided by Building Inspector.

  7. Deed of property (2 copies).

  8. Permit for access to County road, June 12, 1997.

  9. Septic Building Permit, 9/24/03
